Best of 2015- Cleveland Wedding Photographer
May I present the best memories and the most fun I had in 2015 as a wedding photographer? Sit back and enjoy- its a long one, but such a great year !
Ashly and Kevin-
Happy Days Lodge- I was fascinated with the visitor walk through runnel, the vintage chic decor, and the amazing backdrop made by Ashley's Grandparents !
Erin and Brian- A beautiful spring wedding! Erin was so amazing to photograph... the bridal party was high energy and so much fun.. .
Kristina and Nate
Gorgeous wedding ! We headed over to the Cleveland Museum of Art, and the light was fantastic that day. This is one of my very favorite shots of 2015. Kristina's eyes!
Jason and Satinder
This was such a special wedding, bringing together a sweet little family. I fell in love with the groomsmen... Satinder walked down the aisle to the most beautiful song that I have ever heard... It was an Indian song that sounded like pure joy and sunshine... The Cleveland Botanical Garden provided a beautiful backdrop.
Amy and Mike
The Church had amazing light, and the sky was just gorgeous that day....
Meredith and Matt-
Meredith and Matt married on Matt's family farm and camp. Meredith and the bridesmaids arrived to the wedding on the farm's horse and wagon.
One of my all time favorite shots-
Matt's father was the officiant for this wedding... At the alter, his dad ribbed Matt that Meredith would be a no- show. I got this shot just as Matt heard the horse's bells pull up to the wedding site.
This wedding was also blessed with gorgeous light....
The farm was surrounded by corn. As we were driving by, I pointed to the field and said "that's were the best bridal shots will happen... Did I mention it was 99 degrees that day?
Jessica and John.
Jessica dressed in her family home, in the bedroom where she grew up. Her bedroom was like a time capsule, full of little girl sweetness and trinkets. This dress photograph set the stage and inspiration for a fairy tale wedding
Lauren and Jim
Saint John's Cathedral- I have always wanted to photograph a wedding there, and it did not disappoint. This whole day was incredible.
Breanna and Carlos
Breanna's dog waited for her on the porch. She kisses her pal goodbye before heading to the wedding....
Breanna's dream come true...
Can't resist a flower girl... The venue locked the gate, so we couldn't go outside on the beach for a sunset... we found a surpise sunset indoors...
Jessica and Chris
Also one of my faves , Their first look-
More flower girl love....
Nicole and Devin
Cleveland and Sunflowers- what more could you want? Too much fun award to the bridal party....
Katie and Jacob-
Harry Potter themed wedding! Katie's bouquet was created out of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix ! Cleveland Public Library adds the literary cred to the affair....
Mary Pat and Josh
A sweet little wedding at the court house and small bridal shoot-
Vicki and Brady-
Another sweet blending of a family.... Vicki's Dad was too ill to attend the outside Stan Hywet October wedding, so he gave her away via Face Time on the I phone! - genius, and not a dry eye
Matt and Frankie- If you would like to see the full blog post- view here-
Best look of a groom as he sees his bride- and confession - if a groom cries- I cry., every time.
HALLOWEEN WEDDING! - 'enough said
Best costumes ever- "The Winners" and Grandpa, because... well...he's a winner everyday...
Sara and Tony
A gorgeous Cinderella dress for Sara, pics at the Cleveland Public Library, and East 4th Street
Kelly and Bryan
Goofy pics in the gigantic mirrors at The 9, lovely light in Trinity Cathedral, Best Father/daughter dance pic ever.
And to end the year off with a dip, Brittany and Nick in front of the GE chandelier. Brittany and Nick had a magical white and gold glitter winter wedding at the Tudor Arms Hotel. Brittany is an amazing singer. She belted out Celine Dion to her honey. Drop the mike.
AS IF THIS POST COULD NOT GET ANY LONGER- HERE ARE MY TOP 3 FAVORITES OF 2015 FOR SILLY REASONS-
BRIDEZILLA!- Brian made this for his bride (who was anything but a bridezilla). I found this on her dressing table and collapsed into a fit of giggles
My daughter Genevieve my personal flower girl..., who helps me with almost every wedding. Its a joy and a blessing to have her by my side.
To make the little ones and the irritable groomsmen laugh, sometimes I'll have someone sneak up behind me during formals and give me bunny ears.... Here a little guy snuck up behind me while I was talking to the bride and groom. This photo just makes me happy, and always reminds me that we make an impression on the wedding day as much as the day makes an impression on us.
