Elana and Matt! I adore these two ! I met Elana and Matt while they were doing bridesmaid and groom duty this summer at Meredith and Matt’s wedding ( blog to follow soon). I am always so touched and honored when bridal party members ask me to shoot their wedding. We had a ball at the wedding, and a blast at the shoot. The shoot was a part one and part two kinda shoot.- In Cleveland, you just never know about the weather… but you hope for the best. Here’s part one- We started along nicely, then the sky poured! Game off- until a week later-

Fast forward Part Two!  We were blessed with a beautiful day-  game on! Here’s one of my favorite engagement stories. – Elana and Matt were biking in the Metro Parks- he told her to pull over and hang on…. He had a rock in his shoe…. Get it? Matt pulled out the gorgeous rock and proposed on this spot.

After the Metro Parks, we headed onto the rooftop of their apartment, to get a gorgeous view of Cleveland! 

Somehow the Cleveland weather gods realized I was photographing again, and the storm clouds rolled in… game off… and I was happy, I got the good stuff 🙂
