Last week, I got to do something truly special. I attended the Mallory + Justin’s A Wedding Workshop. I am a HUGE fan of workshops. I love to see how other creatives and photographers thrive in the business, and I get to meet some new people in the process! I learn as much from the participants and I do from the workshop. So this workshop was epic- I brought along Genevieve Menyhart, my assistant extraordinaire . We learned side by side from Mallory and Justin. I had such a proud momma moment watching her shoot on her own and do her own thing.

Mallory and Justin were the perfect hosts, setting up gorgeous things to shoot with the help of some of Cleveland’s  most talented vendors. Thank you Mallory and Justin for being so generous with your time and talent.  Special shout out and thanks to the super fun models Grace and TJ.

I learned so much in the two days, and I had a ball shooting with some different lenses. Creativity and a fresh eye here we come. Both Genevieve and I have put some of the creativity and inspiration into action at our wedding last Saturday.
